We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD).
Bank transfer: After you place your order, we’ll send you our account details. Simply complete the transfer within 24 hours to confirm your order.
Cash on delivery: Available on orders up to [Amount] in [select cities/nationwide] — just choose COD at checkout and pay when your package arrives. All online payments are encrypted and secure.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Some products (e.g., intimate wear, opened beauty items, clearance) are non-returnable unless faulty. Start your return by emailing us with your order number.
We don’t process direct exchanges at the moment. The quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want. You’ll get your new item faster, and you won’t risk missing out on stock.
