We want you to love every item you receive from MKX Chacha Store. But if something doesn’t feel right — just like family — we’ll make it right. Here’s how our simple and honest return process works.

Our “No-Stress” Return Policy

You can return most items within [X, e.g., 30] days of delivery. No long explanations needed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear (except manufacturing defects, of course)

We inspect every return upon arrival. Items that don’t meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, some products can’t be returned:

How to Start a Return

It’s as easy as three steps:

  1. Reach out – Email us at [email address] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. If the product is damaged or incorrect, attaching a quick photo helps us speed things up.

  2. Get instructions – We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with the return address and any specific next steps. For most eligible returns, we also provide a prepaid shipping label (domestic orders only).

  3. Pack & send – Securely pack the item and drop it off at the carrier location. Once we receive it, we’ll inspect and process your refund quickly.

Refunds

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Here’s what to expect:

  • Processing time: Within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

  • Your bank or card provider might take a little extra time to show the amount in your account — this is normal and out of our hands.

  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges right now — this keeps our inventory accurate for you. The quickest way to get what you really want is to:

  1. Return the unwanted item for a refund (following the steps above).

  2. Place a fresh order for the new size, color, or item.

This way, your new item ships faster and you won’t miss out on stock.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We take full responsibility here.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please let us know within [X, e.g., 7] days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including shipping — with no extra steps from you. Just send us a photo and we’ll handle the rest.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t seen the refund after our processing window, try these steps:

  2. Contact your payment provider — they sometimes have their own processing lag.

  3. If you’ve done both and it’s still not there, reach out to us. We’ll dig into it personally.
